One of the next big phases in our growth will be when we enter the marketplace on behalf of our members to market their collective services to insurance carriers.
Insurance carriers like to work with networks because by working with a network the carrier can be assured coverage, availability, price stability, quality of work and a high level of cutomer service for the insured.
Membership growth is key to making this goal a reality. We have membership growth goals, we intend to meet them, and as we achieve regional critical mass, it will afford us the opportunity to represent our members at the insurace carrier corporate table.
Even before we started getting our first members to sign up, we had a list of supplier partners who were willing to come to the table and offer special rates on supplies and equipment because they could see we were up to something great!
As a network, we work together with our members to leverage our combined buying power into great rates you can access right from your first day of membership!
We are continuing to work towards building an all-inclusive stable of suppliers who will be able to deliver everything you need to run your restoration, construction, cleaning or remediation business.
Having dedicated customers with large commercial properties is a great part of building any restoration business. Having dedicated customers with hundreds or in some cases thousands of commercial properties across the country is just that much better... especially when you are a restoration network with members who can service the customer nationally.
As with marketing to insurnace carriers, marketing to commercial chains and large property management companies is, in part, a matter of ensuring that our member base can service those clients. That being said our founding members have some of these great relationships already and are alrady helping the UniPro corporate team devise a plan of attack to develop more of these relationships.
